One Church 2025

On 19 October, our church family from all locations — Auckland City, Hamilton, and Rotorua — gathered at One Church for a time of worship, fellowship, unity, and celebration.
During the service, we had the honour of ordaining Jon Mendoza and Sci Vehikite. Jon was ordained as a pastor and elder and will now serve as Executive Pastor for all locations. Sci was ordained as an elder and will serve in the same capacity across our locations.
It was an awesome time of affirming our purpose of loving God and loving people, while celebrating who we are as a multi-cultural, multi-generational, and socially responsible church that makes disciples.
Pastor Alfredo Canencia from Pearlside Church delivered a powerful message, reminding us how Jesus left the ninety-nine to find the one, and how we, too, are sent to do the same. Oceania Regional Director, Pastor Joshua Opadiya, was also in attendance to invoke the ordinations.
